DELIVERY POLICY
3:16media is a multimedia solutions provider. Our products and services fall into three categories:
Physical Products
Products which require physical delivery (such as the production of CD-ROMs or printed music) will be shipped either by Royal Mail or courier. We have an account with Initial Citylink, but reserve the right to use an alternative courier. Our aim is to despatch all products promptly upon completion of a project. If there is any issue regarding your order we will endeavour to contact you within 24 hours. All timescales exclude weekends where orders are normally despatched on the following Monday. Delivery charges may be waived at the Creative Director's discretion.
Downloadable Products
Some of our products have no physical delivery (e.g. CD-ROM or printed parts) but are either emailed to you as an attachment, downloaded from a web page or comprise web pages themselves. We will make these products available to you in a timely manner on completion of the work, within the timescale agreed at the start of the project.
Services Rendered
Some of our services have no product, physical or otherwise. This includes internet services such as providing an email address. In this instance, we will advise you by telephone or email when the service has been carried out.

We offer 100% satisfcation, or you get 100% money back.
Our aim is to create products and services of exceptional value. We will take any customer complaint very seriously.
If you are unhappy with your product or our service, we will work to resolve your complaint to your complete satisfaction.
If we fail to resolve the issue for you, we will offer you a 100% refund. |
